When Your Mind Won't Give You Peace

Maybe you're here because anxiety has become your constant companion, making simple decisions feel impossibly complex. Perhaps obsessions and compulsions are taking up more mental space than you’re able to manage, or you're navigating the emotional intensity of becoming a parent while trying to maintain your sense of self.

You might be a teenager feeling pressure that seems impossible to cope with, or an adult who thought you'd have everything figured out by now but instead feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

You're not alone in feeling this way, and you're not broken for struggling.

The overwhelm you're experiencing makes sense given what you're going through. What you need isn't to fundamentally change who you are, but rather to develop new ways of relating to difficult thoughts and feelings that are currently keeping you stuck.

A Path Forward That
Honors Your Authentic Self

Together, we'll work on building your capacity to navigate life's challenges without losing sight of what matters most to you. Through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention, you'll develop practical skills while exploring the deeper patterns that might be keeping you feeling stuck.
